Orders and delivery
Do you deliver across India?
Yes. We deliver across India. We do not ship outside India at the moment.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are usually dispatched within 7 days. The expected delivery date is shown on each product page and at checkout.
How do I track my order?
You get updates by email, WhatsApp or SMS. You can also track your order here.
Payment
Is cash on delivery available?
Yes. You can pay cash on delivery or pay by UPI.
Will I get a GST invoice?
Yes. Our GST number is 27AAEFK2417P2Z1. Prices on the site include GST.
Returns and cancellations
Can I return a product?
Yes, within 7 days of delivery, if it is unused and in its original packaging. See our returns and refunds policy.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Tell us within 24 hours of delivery with photos. We arrange a pickup and a refund or replacement.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, within 48 hours of placing it. See our cancellation policy.
How long do refunds take?
Refunds go to your original payment method and can take up to 15 business days to show, depending on your bank.
Custom mandirs
Can you make a mandir to my size?
Yes. Share the outside and inside sizes and a reference picture on our custom mandir page. We send a design and quote within 24 hours.
How long does a custom mandir take?
It is made in 10–15 working days after you confirm the design.
Which materials can you use?
Teakwood, acrylic, MDF or plywood.
